- Xbox One Wired Controller Driver Windows 7 Not Working Windows 10
I am using Windows 10 and I have been using my Xbox 360 Wired controller for some time now. I've been playing a game called Rocket League and in the middle of the match my controller stopped working. I plugged it back in to see if it would fix it, but it keeps telling me the controller is malfunctioning. I got a new controller and tried to use it, but it still tells me that the controller is malfunctioning and that it does not recognize. I even tied plugging it into my xbox360 to see if it would work and it did. Somethings not right.
I've also noticed that the Microsoft Edge internet browser has been going very slow too.
Can someone help me please?

Xbox One controller PC compatibility issues (please help)
I recently purchased a 3rd party xbox one WIRED controller because i want to play my pc games with a controller. I went to walamrt and picked up the PowerA Pro Ex controller and went home and plugged it in. Nothing happened and the controller isnt working with any of my games. Windows recognizes its plugged in in other devices in device manager but when i go to download drivers automatically, it says windows couldnt find driver software for my device. I unplugged it and tried it in every usb slot on my computer, same result. I even manually dowloaded and installed the xbox one controller drivers online and still nothing. Im running windows 7 home premium version 64 bit and below im going to post an imgur album with pictures of the controller and screens i received. Whats wrong and what can i do to not have wasted 50 dollars? Thank you.
